Jay King what is the kind of contractor you usually only dream of! He did a great job of pressure washing my house and also asked if I would like him to do the sidewalk at no extra charge! His price was excellent,So good in fact that I added a $20 tip! I will definitely use him again in the future for other jobs!

He did an excellent job on cleaning the siding. I would have rated him a 5 star if the solution he used hadn't streaked the windows. I called him about it and he told me to rinse them off myself.

They are very neat and tidy. They did not leave any messes. One would never know anyone had been there. I am impressed with the professionalism of this company.
