"2 man crew came in, explained what they were going to do, then got to work.  90+ degree days to do the work.  Removed the old furnace (removed the air circulatory fan so I could keep), chiseled out the oil supply/return lines from concrete floor and removed some of the duct work so it would fit the new gas unit.
While another company cleaned the duct work (another review), the guys removed the old heat pump and pad.  Then installed the new (larger) support pad for heat pump and placed the heat pump on it. 
They set the new gas furnace in the basement and began work on the duct connections. 
Next day, they worked on the duct work and finished up connecting gas/electrical/conduit, new wall control for the HVAC system and installed the whole house surge protector.  Cooling system is really working nicely.  The crew is waiting for a cooler day to ground the gas line/have gas company turn gas on to test the gas furnace performance.
Only complaint pertains to gas company vs Wooldridge disagreement over grounding of system.  Supposedly, the special metal piping Wooldridge installed from the meter to the furnace, does not meet the Gas company's standards, hence the need for additional grounding.  Wooldridge will be installing the other grounding as noted above.
