"Kenny Ferguson is very responsive to customer requests. He communicates well to the customer and to his men. Fernado and Mike were very careful in their work and aimed to please the customer. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I have another job waiting for Kenny and his team to install an attic fan. I have confidence that they will do good work as they have done in the past.

"We recently remodeled our master bathroom and after extensive research we selected Remodel USA. We initially met with Martin Rabone who spent several hours showing us the various options available and assisting us in making preliminary selections. We were directed to various distributors who work with Remodel USA to make tile, granite and fixture selections. We found all of them to be extremely helpful. All parts of the project were carefully worked through with no work beginning until all the materials were available. We were told the project would take 2 weeks from start to finish and were pleasantly pleased that they finished a day early. Our production manager, Percy Melendez, assisted in final choices of materials prior to ordering and insured that we had the correct items and was meticulous in overseeing the two workers, appearing frequently and phoning often to be sure we were happy with everything. Two people were assigned to do the entire instillation except for the frame less shower glass. This meant that there was no waiting for various people who might be delayed by other jobs and the two knew how to do the tile work, electrical work, and plumbing. Both workers were extremely attentive to making sure that our carpets and furnishings were protected and provided advice about placement of grab bars and the showers. They approached us to make final placement decisions before instillation and did everything possible to make certain we would have the master bathroom we envisioned. The frame less shower surround was also expertly installed. All workers cleaned up the area daily and left no construction or other trash behind. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our entire experience and highly recommend Remodel USA. We will definitely consider them for future home projects as they do additions, windows, and other things."

"Mr Barry was professional at all times this company is knowledgeable of what can be done by city side. They in fact had to go with me to city council for approval. They appeared to be knowledgeable in speaking to the council. Project was approved and all inspection were done complete and finalized. My family is enjoying the additional space."

"After our first contractor left us high and dry, our friends recommended Angie's List.  She told us about how the providers who belong to Angie's List are responsible and professional, so we asked her to give us a name of a handyman and construction service. That is when we were introduced to Walls Construction and Handyman Service.  We contacted them last Friday and their receptionist was very responsive and professional and made us feel at ease and asked if she could send over their field rep that evening due to our circumstance.  Their field rep came over Friday evening after work hours to look at what we needed done and was very professional too.  They allowed us to use our tile we had already purchased.   They showed up Monday morning Oct 8 at 9 AM as promised and completed the job beyond my expectations.  We will be booking future work with them to complete some other projects we have long been waiting for.  Thanks Angie's List. Initially, he seemed like he was very very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us thoughts that he knew what he was doing. They arrived on time. They're very good. The crew was pretty quick and efficient. One problem I had was they didn't come with enough materials. They had to reschedule for a completion of some. There were some minor issues that we ran into. They were supposed to paint the chimney cap and never actually did that. It's not a big deal but the other thing was the warranty and we kind of had a fight with them for the warranty to actually be processed. The warranty was the big thing and it was a lifetime warranty and I guess there were personal things that came up. It was just basically what I've learned late, but it took us probably eight months to get the warranty to be processed. That was my biggest concern, but the warranty company ensures me that everything is good even though the paperwork has the wrong number on there and I am assuming that's because they had the wrong number initially which is why they didn't have enough material.

His knowledge of construction standards was very helpful and one of the main reasons we chose Townside. The projects listed were not done in a single contract, but over three seperate visits.
