"Upon discovering that when our now four-year-old home was built, the support beams in our crawlspace had not been properly installed, nor had adequate ventilation been provided resulting in the stability of our home being in jeopardy. We began a search for a reputable company to address our issues. We found JES. We were fortunate to have Charles Logan as the representative to assess our needs. Charles was very thorough in determining what needed to be done. Zachary Conner and Michael Kimberlin were assigned to perform the work. They were very conscientious in taking the steps that were needed and keeping us well informed along the way. Charles, Zachary, and Michael were very professional, very pleasant, and respectful of our property. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and in making our home feel safe."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Munkh and his team were professional and very detailed. The project took less than 2 weeks to complete. This included picking out the granite , having it cut and installed. They even hooked up the sink and cooktop. Highly recommend. The granite looks beautiful. Came with a 5 year warranty. Reasonable priced compared to others. Great customer service."

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.

"A large portion of the natural stone facing had separated from the foundation and settled resulting in a large crack the length of front porch. Fernando arrived on time and assessed the problem, explained everything in detail and provided an estimate later that same day. He and his brother arrived early the next morning and removed all the natural stone from the face of the front porch and painstakingly removed the old grout from the stones in order to re-use them. This was important to me in order to match the color of the remaining portions of the stone facing. When the house was built the stone was grouted directly to the poured concrete foundation which resulted in poor adhesion. Fernando installed the proper wire mesh against the foundation and then proceeded to reset all the natural stone. They returned the next day and installed the grout. A first rate professional job all the way. Responsive, on time, job done to perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."
