"Instead of the previous Thursday appointment, I showed up on Monday.worked quickly and generally well. even redid some previous shoddy work from another source without extra charge. Handyman, the subcontractor, is delaying completion and costing twice as much as the original estimate. Friendly and clean, except for plumbers crack exposure. Get some bibs or something. It is gross."

"The lawn care people arrived first.  They immediately identified the valve area  (I suppose from the photos) and went to work.  As they reached the valve, I saw the plumber make a call, and a few minutes later a truck arrived with specific piping.  The changes were made quickly following that.  He tested the water flow.  It was considerably improved.  He called me out to show me what had been done, where the problem had been in the pipe.  They also replaced an elbow that had been deep in the ground and brought it close to the surface so that if any work would be needed years down the road, it could be done easily and efficiently. Not only did they replace the piping needed in good time, but they blew the pipe clear of small debris as a service and cleaned up beyond the dirt they had to dig up to reach the valve area. Everything was neat and tidy--a fact, I'm sure, that was appreciated by my neighbor.   The final cost met the estimate perfectly.  I feel like these people really know their stuff!  They are cordial and demonstrate honesty and consideration.  Like everyone in today's economy I would have liked the price a little lower, but their work and attitude was worth it to me."

When it was time for the annual spring maintenance on my rooftop central AC unit, I found Just Right Air on Angie's list and decided to give them a try based on positive reviews and a 50% off coupon for any tune ups offered to Angie's List members. The technicians arrived on time, were dressed professionally, and went right to work servicing and cleaning the air conditioning unit. They also checked my furnace and the humidifier system. When the cleaning and maintenance tasks were complete, I was given the checklist they use to ensure a comprehensive service call. It listed all tests that were performed along with the results and any recommendations for service. It was apparent from our conversation and review of the checklist that the technicians were both extremely knowledgeable and thorough in servicing my HVAC. The technician also took the time to demonstrate the operation and maintenance of each piece of equipment including the digital thermostat that controls all components of my system. (The previous owner did not leave any manuals.). JRA also fixed an issue with the drip pan that my water heater sits in at a reasonable additional cost. (A plumbing service --My Buddy the Plumber--said it could only be fixed by first removing the new water heater they had just installed and then reinstalling it. Thankfully, this was not the case.) I decided to sign up for one of the maintenance plans that Just Right Air offers. Not only are their plans cost-effective, but enrollment puts you on their 'priority list' for priority service. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Just Right Air, and I highly recommend this company to others."

"We contracted with them to replace our furnace and A/C. Due to some on-going power outages in our area due to power pole replacements, we had to move them twice, and they did this with no problem. Two days before our new furnace was scheduled to go in, the power back on surged, and fried the transformer in our current furnace. I called them and they sent out a repairman, replaced the transformer and got us back up and running, and did not charge us for this service. That is a company that I want to continue to business with. The installation was perfect, other than it took quite a while, but that is to be expected with complete heating and AC replacement. We got multiple bids, and they were by far the most knowledgeable and best value around. One other company that wanted to give us a bid, did not even bother when they found out that BlueBest was giving us a bid. He said he knew his competition and I guess by that he meant with what BlueBest would offer, he had no answer.... I highly recommend this company, and you can drop my name with them anytime. Tammy and office staff are also wonderful to work with, so give them a call. By the way, they called us when they heard we were in the market for a new furnace. Outstanding, so glad they did."
