I was so nervous that we would have 100 million things wrong with one or both of the furnaces. Jason showed up on time and was very nice, he spent almost 3 hours servicing and checking the furnaces, I couldn't believe how much time and care he spent. Thankfully we only had a small issue with some CO detectors that he had a safe and relitively affordable solution to. He is well educated in his field and was able to clearly communicate everything. He didn't make me feel dumb with my endless list of questions, nor did he make me feel rushed or that he was in a hurry to his next job. Even my dad (who is a skeptical cheap skate that thinks everything has to be DIY) commented on how impressed he was with the inspection and service. We have had close to 20 different service providers for various things in our home in the last year and this was the best experience with a service provider we have had! I would recommend this company to every person I meet, I am so so glad I took a chance on them!"
