"Although the service provider was very prompt in both communication and arrival and the work was done as outlined, the pricing on a per/hour basis is ridiculous. I priced out the three parts used which at retail would not exceed $150. The time to perform the three repairs took the plumber 1.5 hrs. That’s $600 for 1.5 hours of work or $400/hr.!

Being in the residential trade business myself, charging my clients a fair hourly rate plus materials has kept me in business for over 17 years.

Ryan was pitching me the other services you provided & fast talking.He even talked me into also replacing the reducing valve for safety reasons ($309.00) Raiden also installed that valve and did an excellent job.
