Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

He ran a camera down the drain and found the blockage about 80 feet down the drain. It was grease. He ran a snake and managed to poke a hole through the grease blockage. He recommended a drain cleaner that eats grease to help get rid of it. He said to make sure we run plenty of hot to boiling, water down the drain. When spec'ing a new top-of-the-line high efficiency furnace and AC system, they were able to outbid competitors by 20-25% for a system with better specs! Come installation day, Blue Best showed up with a large crew in 3 company trucks and man how they hustled! Both systems were fully installed by the end of the first day, with some minor ductwork and a steam humidifier installed on the second. I checked in regularly with their crew and every one I spoke to was patient and professional. Their quality of work was also top notch - all the electrical and duct runs were clean and neat, all registers and thermostats perfectly straight and level. In the end, my only critique was some additional caulking around where the refrigeration lines entered the house, which they happily fixed. For such a massive and complex job with expensive equipment, I am extremely impressed at how quickly they got it done, the quality workmanship, and how professional they were.
