"We had Just Right do another job for us and that cost $640 to install a cold air return in our basement. I thought that was pretty expensive since the job seemed pretty straightforward and didn't require a ton of materials. But they are highly rated on Angies List and Gephardt Approved so I wanted to use them again. Jeff came on the scene within the scheduled time frame to check the furnace. He was thorough and found no cracks even though he said he expected to since it is pretty old. But he gave it a clean bill of health. He discussed pricing options and explained rebate options that may incentivize us to get a new more efficient now but he used no pressure. He just explained our options and let us choose what worked best for us.
I usually hate experiences like this because it is easy to get ripped off...like what Whipple plumbing did to us last year when they charged us $600 to fix a pressure regulator in our home. That was a terrible experience and there was a lot of pressure to buy their gold membership package. It was very expensive and complex service package options with long-term commitments when I only needed for the one job. It was miserable and very very expensive.
Enough ranting and back to Jeff with Just Right. Jeff was very professional and fair. There was even some confusion about pricing and Jeff knocked off $20 for the misunderstanding. And for a small amount he sold us a service package to service our air conditioner in the spring. He was neat and clean and thorough, no pressure. Good value. I was impressed.
