"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"I had an appointment for 3:00 pm. Jeremy called and said he was running early and wanted to know if it was OK to come by early. He arrived and we explained what our problem was. He ran a camera down the drain and found the blockage about 80 feet down the drain. It was grease. He ran a snake and managed to poke a hole through the grease blockage. He recommended a drain cleaner that eats grease to help get rid of it. He said to make sure we run plenty of hot to boiling, water down the drain.
