When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"This company was FANTASTIC, they called me the day I purchased the voucher and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. They gave me a three hour service window, which is very common so I was not upset by that at all. They did tell me that they would call when the technician was about 20-30 mins out. They did just that. The technician, Mike F., was really nice and very personable, he did the work very quickly and cleaned up everything before he left, actually I think that my floor was little cleaner when he left. When he was leaving, he noticed that our front door was a little loose and did not close correctly so he pulled out his tools and fixed our door, which he was not there for at all but my door has not closed this easily in two years. He told us that one of our bearings may be going back and even left us with a quote for the part if we do end up having to fix it. This company I would definately use again and again
