They were on-time and did a fantastic job with communication. My only complaint is that we found a few tiny paint spots from when they sprayed the ceiling on the carpet after they left, but I was able to clean them up. I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks.
