They were on-time and did a fantastic job with communication. My only complaint is that we found a few tiny paint spots from when they sprayed the ceiling on the carpet after they left, but I was able to clean them up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday.
