While he was here, I requested other services: replace plank siding and siding frame, and toilet leak repair. Later that afternoon, Oscar sent me a detailed professional service agreement quotation. The quote was very reasonable, particularly for two sections of the siding replacement that required work to be performed on my roof. These projects were completed within 2 days (about 12 hours of work total) and Oscar did a fantastic job. He arrived early/right on time on both days and didn’t even take a lunch break…in 90+-degree weather!
