Awful. We paid a $5,000 down payment, initial preparation work was done. They never showed up again. It’s been a week with no return calls or text messages. Very disappointed and frustrated. Currently seeking legal action.

Jay Concrete & Construction did an excellent job on my new driveway. They not only performed a very valuable service, but they were also very careful to clean up after the job was done. They take pride in the work they do, and their reputation is evidenced by my many neighbors who have also used their service

The project turned out bigger than originally thought, but it looks incredible. The space is easier to use now, the new retaining wall is safer than before & neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. A big fan of the finished product! Sione and his team did an amazing and thorough job excavating, prepping, and pouring our new driveway and walkway. We ended up having an unexpected amount of sand under our old driveway and he was great in guiding us through what we should do and how we can avoid any future issues. The work they did was honest and he was upfront about all parts of the work. They are experienced and do a great job. They were referred to us from my brother and I've since referred them to other family and neighbors.

I am a bit older and do not have the ability to do some of the heavy and hard physical work required to maintain our house. If you are looking for a fair, honest, trustworthy company that does what they say. "This is it" The BEST service I have used out of many I have tried. They showed up on time for their bid. They followed through with the time they said it would take to provide me a written bid. The bid was all inclusive and work was started and completed on the agreed dates and times. This was a very difficult job to do. It included removing the concrete from the rotted posts. They removed the old concrete, replaced the posts, made the slats fit better than the original ones. They even matched the decorative curbing styled concrete at the fence line. They are not afraid of hard work. I had other companies bid the same job. They did not even show up on time to do a work walk through and then never showed up again and would not answer or return my calls. (The work must have been too hard?) and they did not even discuss price? That was when I had my first experience with jay concrete & construction llc. I have used them many times since. They are now the ONLY ones I call. I get the same great service, kindness, honestly, fair prices, and they have no fear of HARD work. They always leave me knowing the job has been done correctly and to the highest standards. They always clean up after the work was done so I have not needed to touch up afterword. They have become the only company I use. They have truly become family to us and I have no need to shop around. We met in early May 2020 and I will not contact or use any other service. They have resources beyond imagination. They can do almost anything. They have even stopped by (with advanced notice) to double check their work, and to confirm we are happy with their work. In today's world of people that want to get rich on one job and be gone, Jay Concrete & Construction llc is a company you can always trust in pricing, work quality, follow up, and to be there when they say they will be. I just had them over to bid and start another project. I promise you they listen and understand our project needs. I have no need to see their bid. Actually, as much as I have had them do, I know it will be honest, fair, and done exactly they way we discussed. It will be done just as we talked on the walk through. I am so confident in their work and honesty, I did not get a bid.

Sione and his crew always started first thing in the morning, very detail oriented, took care of extra issues that weren't listed in the original bid such as adding drain pipes and chipping away extra concrete that wasn't visible at the beginning of the job. We have a very difficult and complicated driveway and they spent and extra day getting the grade just right and compacted. The end result is amazing.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Jay Concrete & Construction. Sione and his crew were on-time, professional, and produced quality work. Sione always took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and addressed everything in a fair, equitable manner. We certainly have no issue with recommending them to others.

Initial quote was just for driveway - everything was prepped and at the last minute, and in the middle of the job, I decided I needed a foundation and footings poured. Sione (owner) was able to adjust his teams schedule and made it happen even though this complicated the overall job quite a bit. If you have anything more complicated than a pad, driveway pour, etc. I'd suggest getting some blueprints in place and make sure they are clear. We ran into a few miscommunications based on what I wanted and what I conveyed....blueprints would have made things very clear and easy to follow. Again, not completely their fault as things changed drastically at the last minute by my own choosing. Also make sure all items are added to the contract so there are clear terms to what is expected on both sides. They worked fast and got the job done quickly. Cleanup at night was incredible - they left my yard in great condition and I was impressed with how they swept up any loose gravel, dirt, or rocks. The finish work made this entire job worth it. I looked at a few other competitors finish works (local jobs) and there was a huge difference in quality. The final touches on my driveway were impeccable and I will absolutely hire Sione and team for my next concrete needs. Bid was easy.....job was done fast....and the overall finished product exceeded my expectations. Side note: I bought the crew pizza a couple times throughout the week and they are all great men with good work ethic. It was a pleasure having them working in my yard.

Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays

Sione was great to work with. He communicated frankly and truthfully that the job was more labor-intensive than I thought, but the work was done on the schedule we agreed to.
