They responded immediately and sent Chris over within a couple of hours to give me a quote. He was very efficient and professional. On he day of the move, there was a problem that they could not avoid and so they were 5 hours later arriving than we had planned but the whole crew was extremely great. They wrapped all of the furniture in blankets and then shrink wrap. They were very careful not to damage in furniture or walls. They had already worked a full day when they got there but they were all still in pleasant moods and did a great job. I already called Kelly and praised his company and crew the next day. They were more expensive than another quote I got but I don't regret paying more.

Kellogg movers was great. They contacted me right away. I had very large and heavy pieces of equipment moved to my basement. They took care of everything and the crew was very friendly.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional, took care of all my furniture and stuff. They didn't leave until they made sure all my furniture was in the right place in my new home, Thanks to Pablo and his crew, and to the whole team at Kellogg Movers.

They moved everything well. I thought the cost was excessive. The movers were hardly personable, less professional than one would want.

A Stand-Up Job!!!! Oh my goodness what a stellar job this company provided to my family!!!! A member of their leadership came to our home for an initial walkthrough and another member of their management team came during the move to ensure that the guys were providing quality service. The Movers arrived on time and the company was transparent in their communication throughout the whole entire process. Even though they had quite a few guys working, they kept the noise level to a minimum and there was no inappropriate language. Truly professional. They took great care of our furniture, ensuring to wrap-it, protect and use the best moving equipment for ease from beginning to end. The team also had a great rapport among each other which speaks volumes to the culture of this organization. I would recommend Kellogg Movers, time and time again. Thank you!

This will be the second time using Kellogg Movers. The first time was 3 years ago when they moved us from one home to another. I worked with Chris and Kelly who delivered an above the line service as stated in the A grade I left above. One of the categories not listed that I could grade on was "communication". This often times will make or break a deal for me. I am a customer that has OCD at its finest and to get a A grade out of me is difficult. They did a great job and would for sure recommend them. Got their numbers saved in my phone for next time!

I called Kelly, with Kellogg Movers, as I purchased a couch and the (suggested), 3rd Party Delivery Service didn’t respond to my email inquiry or multiple phone calls. Kelly was super responsive, we locked in on a plan and time, and he delivered the sectional, without a hitch! This is the second time that he has bailed me out of a pinch, on short notice! Chris and staff: Moe, Isaac, Pablo, and Justin. Were fantastic! Came in just started moving, and didn't stop, till we made them eat something, and they were right back to work! They were very nice and professional. This was our 2nd experience with Kellogg Movers, and would highly recommend them.

It went excellent. From the moment we contacted Kelly at Kellogg movers we knew we had made the right choice to move our large and valuable furniture. Kelly came quickly and gave us an excellent bid and price. Even though they were very busy at this time of year, they made time to complete our move. The day of the move Kelly and his team of professionals called ahead as they were enroute to advise us of their impending arrival, and upon arrival quickly went to work. They laid down protective covers in the high traffic areas and then wrapped and padded each piece before hauling it out to their truck. They were extremely careful to not damage either the house or the furniture. The professional moving crew was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We drove them over to our new home and they began the process of unloading and moving the furniture into the rooms where we needed them in our new home, again with all of the attention to detail and care that they showed in loading. They placed our items carefully where we directed them and even set a few of the heavier items exactly where we needed them with our direction. After they were finished, we were so grateful for Kelly and his teams great work and found it to be a great value for what we paid them. After they left, we realized that we had not given them direction on where to place our stand up freezer and it had been placed nicely in the garage on a wall where probably most people would place it. However we had built a special place inside our home in a pantry for it. We called Kelly to let them know that we had failed to direct them on placement of the freezer and without hesitation he told us he would get it taken care of ASAP. I knew they had left us to go to their next appointment and we told him it would be fine to have them come later when it was more convenient for them and their schedule. But in true Kelly and Kellogg fashion, we had 2 of the professionals standing at our door within 30 minutes of our call to Kelly about the mixup!!!.. Kelly and Kellogg came highly recommended from some of our very good friends whom had Kelly and his team move them 3 times!!!... and it was the best choice we could have made after our experience with them. We will definitely be using them the next time we or anyone we know needs a professional, dedicated, and all around excellent moving company. THANK YOU KELLY!!! Kellog Movers moved my stuff from my old apartment to my new apartment and they did an excellent job!!! First off I had to move on Veterans Day which is a holiday and though they were closed the owner agreed to do it. The movers worked quickly and efficiently. And they had to get down three flights of stairs mind you!!! Also, they were very careful with my fragile items like my my expensive China, etc.. and I felt relieved everything got moved safely to my new place. When they got there, I loved that they asked me where to put things. They were considerate and respectful of my wishes. I actually felt cared for. As far as price goes, for the the quality of the work they did and the piece of mind I got I felt they were very reasonable. And the price was what they quoted me when they assessed the job. No funny business here! Honest-reliable and professional company. Loved working with them!!! I plan on using them for my next move and will be referring them to my friends and family without hesitation. Thanks again, Kellogg Movers!!!

The Kellogg Movers were wonderful. They came in at last minute and moved everything for me. They even put my bed back together and my couch where I had it in my last unit. They were the best. Would deff hire them again!

Chris, Justin, and Mo were able to arrive a week earlier to do the work which helped my schedule, as well as be punctual to their word. I like that Kelly texts the schedule and texts in general for easy communication. punctual! very careful with my piano! thank you!
