He noticed imperfections in my subfloor and used a concrete leveler to fix low spots and a sander to hit the high spots before installing because he knows that can affect the way the floors wear over time. He even noticed a squeak in my floor and fixed that too. Floors are gorgeous! Thresholds look great!
