"Alex was an amazing installer and has a keen eye for detail. He arrived on time, communicated well, was polite and did an amazing job. He is a perfectionist (which I loved!!!) and took the time to do the job right and not just quickly. He takes pride in his work. He noticed imperfections in my subfloor and used a concrete leveler to fix low spots and a sander to hit the high spots before installing because he knows that can affect the way the floors wear over time. He even noticed a squeak in my floor and fixed that too. Floors are gorgeous! Thresholds look great!
