The second was cedar with lattice along a property line, needed for safety as well as privacy. The third was a composite privacy fence, with steel posts, to blend with an existing style of fence on other side of yard. Each of the three fence projects presented building challenges which Jess & his crew met admirably. I'm very happy with their work and the finished products. Jess was a pleasure to work with, as he cared to satisfy my preferences on details of the fences. Very professional. Charla S. Called and was told that they would only cut the tree to the top of the chain link fence because the tree had grown into the fence and "we don't do fences." Our front yard is surrounded by a chain link fence and always has cars parked at the curb in front. Power lines had to be considered, as well as coordinating the availability of the crane and street barricades. It took approximately a month to get the use of the crane but I was not involved in this part of the job and Diamond did all the coordinating. Diamond also agreed to work with me on splitting up the payments, which turned out was not totally necessary in the end but I appreciate the offer, nevertheless. The tree was sawed down into 3 or 4 sections, each section being lifted over the chain link fence, power lines and cars with the crane and into the middle of the street for final chain sawing into smaller pieces. The pieces were then loaded into dump trucks and hauled away. The entire process of cutting down the tree took 45 minutes. Then a long chain saw was used in cutting the remaining stump as close to the ground as possible. The entire process took about 2-1/2 hours. The crew did a good job in cleaning up the yard (raking), sidewalk and all the debris. They provided us with confirmation of their insurance coverage and licensing. Their price was a little higher than some of the other companies I had called, but I was not confident that the other companies could do this mammoth job. Awesome job! "I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us."

5 Star Kitchen and Bath puts our customers wants and needs first, we do everything we can to provide you with a remodel that you want and deserve.
"I would like to preface this review with two things: 1. 5 star offers a discount on their work if you leave a good review, be weary of what you read on here. 2. We have had this company complete both a kitchen and a bath remodel. The issues I will bring up were consistent with both of these jobs. During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base. Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Some examples include: 1. Being told we would have a project manager come to our house prior to the project to check out our attic for structural questions (no one ever came before they started knocking down walls) 2. There were days workers would show up when we didn't know they were coming and not show up on days we were told they were supposed to be there. Not to mention the tile workers who had their truck parked outside our house from 8-5 but stayed in there late and left early to smoke. 3. Several unanswered/not returned calls and texts from the project managers. The only time the office reached out to tell us about something? When the bill was "due" even though our project wasn't complete yet. 4. Our salesman saying a project would take 3 weeks when in reality, it's been 3.5 months and there are still issues. 5. Anytime we asked the current workers what the plan was for the next day or really anything, they NEVER knew. They didn't know who was going to be working, they didn't know when, and they didn't know on what. 6. Several of the workers telling us point blank that their fellow workers screwed up and did things wrong. Good thing we caught it I guess? 7. Tile was about to be installed until I noticed it was not the right time, and the workers had no idea and they didn't know what tile they were actually supposed to put down or in what pattern. Then tile had to be ordered, delaying us even further. 8. The list goes on and on. It's as though no one in the company ever talks to each other, or their customer, and we're left trying to put the pieces together. Secondly, their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. The pictures I will include show *finished* products that they think are appropriate to leave as a job well done. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it." This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone."

FAQs for chain link fence repair projects in Salt Lake City, UT
Yes, most states require a fencing installer to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed fence installer could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
When choosing a driveway gate, consider the fence material, whether you want an automatic gate or a manual one, and property limitations like the slope of your driveway. We recommend speaking with a professional driveway gate installer to see what types of gates will work on your property based on your fencing or home’s exterior. Keep in mind that driveway gates should range between 10 to 12 feet wide to ensure cars can easily maneuver through the gateway.
The average cost to install a driveway gate is around $3,500, and prices usually total between $1,900 and $6,000. However, security and driveway gates can cost as much as $12,000. Some cost factors include the size of the gate, the type of gate, the gate material, and the security level of the gate. A wrought iron gate will be more expensive than a PVC driveway gate, which will typically cost more than a wood gate. Automated gates are always more expensive than manual ones, as they require additional electrical installation.
The cost to install a pet fence ranges from $1,500 to $8,000 on average. This cost is primarily dependent on the type of fence material and the width and height of the fence and your geographical location.
A wood privacy fence that is 150 linear feet can range from $1,000 to $4,500. However, the same length of fence in aluminum will cost closer to $4,500 to $6,000. In addition, some states are simply more expensive than others to build a fence due to increased demand and cost of living.
