I couldn't be happier with the work that JB Landscaping has done on my property. They installed a brand-new lawn that looks absolutely amazing — lush, even, and perfectly suited to my yard. The installation was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Since then, they’ve also been handling my regular lawn mowing, and the quality has been consistently top-notch. They always show up on time, leave everything spotless, and the lawn looks amazing when they are done. JB's crew is friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. Four years ago moving back into our home we had our yard zero scape. Getting older we knew we could no longer maintain our yard. JB lawnworks came in and suggested what would be best for us and quickly and professionally made the changes. It now takes very little upkeep. We had a very good experience with the whole crew. Yes, we would call on them again and highly recommend them ?

Would strongly recommend not using this company. Had them do landscaping on my home in the front and back yards and the work wasnt terrible, but the service and followup is not great. Communication was fairly lacking on a number of occasions of what was going to be done and when it was going to be done. The original quote was a certain amount and when the job was finished, the final quote was well more than what had been communicated and the final invoice was not reflective of a number of things that had been done. Things were going to be lower as we made changes, those prices werent lowered and when whole sections that were not done from the original quote, they were left on the final invoice and said it would be around the same amount anyway, so there isnt reason to change it. Like, really?! Now, the biggest reason I would not recommend this company, is that they promise that their work and products will be warrantied for an amount of time, but they dont. I had 2 sprinkler heads not working in spring and as a result part of my lawn was not getting water. I tried contacting them to come out to fix it and I got a hold of Jonathon one time and he said he would fix it and there wouldnt be a cost. He has since ghosted me without doing the work, wont respond to text or emails, and the bigger kicker is when you send a text and you can see that it was delivered and read, but then they dont respond. That is just so unprofessional. We are now 3 months down the road with me having tried to contact them and they wont respond. As a result of those two sprinkler heads not working and that lawn section not getting water, that section has started to die. I essentially have had to contact another company to have them come out and fix it, which is just down right wrong when you are told they will fix it, cover the cost under warranty, and that they would take care of their customer and not leave them out to dry. Jonathon is not the greatest communicator, doesnt follow up with what he says, doesnt do warranty work, and tries to sweet talk you or talk thinks up to get an effect. Stongly recommend using another company.

Excellent! I was so pleased with the quality of the work and the price that i also hired him to remove and replace a fence, install a paver patio and install a new sprinkler system. In the spring of next year, I will also be hiring him on more landscaping projects.

Originally it went well because I have a yard that is best done with a push mower. I was quoted $45 each time. The first job was of course great. As time went on, the trim work worsened, there was no attention paid to weeds (unless for an additional overpriced quote), and eventually they bought at riding lawnmower that produced very inconsistent results. They would come in and try to be out of there as fast as possible. Additionally, at the time I started with them they took cash or check. They arranged to arrive every Wednesday (which they did not) and so paying them because a headache because I never knew when they would arrive (and I do work as well). They worked for me for about 2 months in 2015. It was only towards the last of 2015 that I saw the quality start to decrease. When winter came, JB Lawn Works talked me into snow removal. I did hire them for that, but did not know that they they would be using a full ton truck with a plow on it to be doing my small 3 year old driveway. It was a light winter, but the damage done by the truck is massive considering the equipment used. I have a new company doing my work now for a much more reasonable price. Once I realized that a truck had been used on the driveway, I was outraged. This is the type of equipment you'd use plowing a Walmart Parking lot, not a residential home's driveway. It only took one month this year before I let them go because of the extremely poor work. He did offer two "free" mows, but considering the damage done to my driveway alone, I would no sooner allow him or his crew onto my property if he had the last yard care business in Utah. Pay particular attention to the truck used on my driveway and the condition of his own driveway in the one photo.
