Customers say: Quality work

"The concrete slabs that they put in were outstanding. However, they damaged my sprinkler system and gate. Those repairs were not good, I have had to redo all repairs they had made. The workers were personable and easy to work with, however communication of when they will be there to work and when they will return was not good. There was also an issue with cleaning up at the end of the day."

"Awesome, wonderful experience. Estimate was done the first week that we got in touch for my driveway, very fair price, awesome guy! They were able to schedule me in very quickly, and then they beat that schedule by almost 2 weeks! "I reviewed a number of concrete companies before choosing to move forward with AAA Quality Concrete, and selecting them was the best decision I could have made. I connected with AAA Quality Concrete for a new, large back patio. Noah was very knowledgeable and took the time to review my questions about the project. The team did amazing work and I cannot express how happy I am with the new patio. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again for any future projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work."

"Fred and Leslie were amazing. I gave them an idea of what I envisioned for my yard and what I was hoping to have done. Not only were they the best bid of those we looked at, but Fred even added to my yard with some amazing ideas that made things so much better. Colored stamped concrete patio, RV pad, huge boulders throughout the flower beds, sprinkler system, in ground trampoline, MIL separate yard, sod, mulch, tree placement and drip lines for each one, decorative rock wall, flagstone pavers. For being a new build with a move in date in April, we have a completed yard by June.....and that is still with the crazy delays in concrete that everyone is dealing with. Fred and Leslie got us our concrete when other people are getting no bids from other landscapers due to concrete shortages. Would use them again if ever needed and have referred them out to all the other new builds in our community."

Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

The easiest way to handle extra-wet cement is to pour it, let it harden, and then recycle it using one of the methods above. You can also crush it down and sell it for base materials, although this can be pretty time-consuming. Your best bet is to start with less concrete than you need and make more as you go to avoid this problem.

To improve the appearance of concrete steps, you can repair any damage, refresh the surface, and add decorative elements. For crumbling, chipping, or broken sections, consider concrete resurfacing or light repair. If the surface is intact but discolored, applying a coat of paint, stain, or concrete sealer can refresh its look; reapplying a sealer every one to two years is recommended for maintenance. For a quick enhancement, you can also add decorative items like potted plants, garden statues, lanterns, or decorative railings to spruce up the area.

You can seal a concrete slab by cleaning the surface, filling in any cracks, etching the surface, applying a sealer, and letting it dry. Concrete slabs don't typically need sealing, but you can use a topical concrete sealer if you notice signs of water damage. If you haven't already fixed the cause of the leak, then you'll want to repair the plumbing before you seal a concrete slab.

The average cost to repair a concrete driveway ranges from approximately $830 to $2,800, with a typical project costing around $1,765. The price varies widely depending on the type and extent of the damage. Minor crack repairs can be as low as $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot and may be a DIY project. More significant repairs are priced per square foot: replacing a damaged slab costs about $6 to $14, while raising or leveling sunken concrete costs $3 to $25. Resurfacing is another option, costing around $3 to $5 per square foot. Factors influencing the total price include the size of the affected area, whether reinforcement is needed, and labor costs.

Professionals use concrete saws, trowels, and leveling equipment for precise repairs.
