Both the insurance company and the business promised to return my call but neither one of them did. As predicted the "fix" has not fixed the problem and we are still without good service.

It is always risky working with smaller contractors, you never know what you are going to get. B and B comfort did well, and though there were many hiccups and mistakes along the way, they took ownership of it and made it right. We're very happy with their quality of work and the cost.
