About us
Patriot Roofing was started by a former U.S. Infantry soldier with the purpose of bringing the concept of service to the construction industry. We are here to serve our community through best in class roofing services, but also our veteran community through our alignment with nonprofit organization Operation Pay It Forward. Or goal is not only to provide excellent roofing services, but also the best possible total customer experience for those we work with.

I wish that I had another house so I could use JD to put a roof on that one too! He was great, working with my insurance company when others refused, answering my million questions and explained the process from beginning to end. JD even came to my work because I had some additional questions. 7 stars from me if it were possible

Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Terrible, made my roof leak even worse! Admits to not doing job right, as it wasn?t sealed correctly and then claims its somehow my fault. JD talks a good game, keeps telling me he will make it right, and all I have is a bigger leak than when I hired him. Just another dishonest roofing company preying on the vulnerable.

"I'm sorry you had a poor experience. There is a reason why we don't offer warranties on repair work. We have to tie new materials into old, often failing, materials. This requires manipulation or reworking of the older materials which can weaken them further. Unfortunately, there is often no way to know the outcome until it is complete. Wonderful to work with. I have no complaints at all with them. They were always right on time and cleaned up my property extremely well. I only fount two nails total. They were real quick in getting the job done and even helped with my insurance claim. Thank you Patriot I woul very highly recommend them

We had their sign in our yard and several people in our neighborhood have had Patriot replace their roofing. We have been impressed that they did a great job, were able to get us scheduled sooner than expected, start to finish was two days and Noah was awesome to work with.

Absolute worst customer service I've had in over 20 years. The sales guy used a glossy brochure that at least 50% of the shingles were unavailable. Only found out when I tried to pick color. Finally got a product that wasn't even in the brochure. Production manager was the most unprofessional of all. Was late to getting to my house, didn't even know what all was supposed to be done on my house. Roll-off tried to completely block my garage, I refused. The manager wanted to argue with me about having my access blocked. He turned his back and walked away twice during conversations. It was like dealing with a child or teenager with nothing but attitude. The installation crew was great. The management and sales people are horrible. I would never recommend them to anybody. I spent almost $30K for a product and service. I got about 50% of what I paid for.

"I am sorry you did not have the experience you wanted. The shingle supply issues have been a struggle for us all. We are getting weekly updates of what is and is not available due to supply chain issues. It is imperative that the refuse containers are placed as close to the house as possible to avoid roof tear-off materials landing on the ground and ending up damaging landscaping, driveways, nails in tires, etc. This should have been explained prior to the project start so it was not a surprise. I will use your experience to help improve my team!"

It was the best roofing project experience that I have had. The workers were on time and worked continually. The installation was done within two days. Cleanup after the project was exceptional. I did not have to spend hours after cleaning up after the project. The company representatives and managers were very responsive and answered all questions and concerns completely and in a timely manner. Frankly, I surprised at how well it was done. They did not damage any plants or landscaping. It made a stressful situation easy and even pleasant.

These guys were great! We had five bids from various companies and this one was about average which was what we expected. What we didnâ t expect was the phenomenal quality and follow up. They were very responsive and thorough. And FAST. They removed 2 old layers and replaced it in 2 days. From the estimate to the cleanup, everything was perfect.

Patriot did a great job. Showed up on time and went right to work. Crew was pleasant and professional. Took care not to damage my plants and cleaned everything up after the job was done. Even used a magnet to make sure there were no nails left in the grass. Roof looks fantastic.

Ivan was top grade, and his first words were about arranging insurance claims to cover the cost. He handled reaching out to State Farm. It all worked seamlessly. The job on the main house was completed in a day; and the second day Patriot knocked out the "low slope" job (carport and shed) in a couple of hours. 100% satisfied!

An insurance adjustor thought my 8 month old roof was 8 years old... Poor quality shingles, excessive wear from careless workers, poor quality installation, leaks, inadequate flashing, numerous nail heads showing, you name it, it is there. Save the headache and heartache and look elsewhere.

After threatening to sue and filing a claim with my insurance. you asked me to come back and work on the roof again?!? Pretty obvious you we're just looking for money. It is unfortunate that there are people like you that are just looking to cheat contractors out of money."

Patriot Roofing replaced our roof in July of 2020. With the first rainstorm that occurred in our area, a waterfall came gushing into our house through an obvious roofing installation error. We contacted them immediately and their response, prior to even viewing the situation or listening to us on the phone, was to instantly blame and assume we have leaking windows (we do not, and this leak was nowhere near a window). They also stated that they would not be able to come out to our property for a few days. We then instantly sent a photo to them of the roof in the area where it was leaking and they sent out a repair crew immediately. This crew performed some pretty shoddy repairs, but they did stop the leak. The owner, Eric Pauly, then came out to our home about a week later and tried to convince us that this insane amount of water running through our house was caused by a crack in our stucco and wind-blown water coming in sideways. There actually is no crack in our stucco, and this particular storm was without wind. We have hired 3 separate roofing companies to come out and give their analysis of the situation and they all say the same thing. Poor roofing installation, to put it politely. We also noticed that they failed to fix a prior issue with our roof that we had noticed when we contacted them in the first place. They were supposed to also have repaired the damaged drywall in this area, and did not. We contacted the owner back in August regarding this and he assured us that the cause of the leak was fixed, so I let the drywall issue go. Now we have 2 holes in our ceiling from this incompetence. We have contacted Patriot Roofing numerous times to perform the necessary repairs and they have refused every time. Still insisting on trying to prove water is leaking through a crack that does not even exist in our home. They have gone as far as to forge email communication with us to their insurance company, in order to avoid responsibility. Nobody is perfect, things happen. Some companies (I assume this one does) use subcontractors to perform work, and nobody from Patriot Roofing actually came and did a final inspection to ensure their sub/workers performed the job correctly and to their quality standards. We gave them every possibility to correct the issue and perform the necessary repairs as stated in our original contract and confirmed by 4 other independent, unbiased, roofing professionals. Patriot Roofing has still refused to accept any responsibility. This is the real issue. If you cannot trust the company to fix something if it goes wrong, then what good is their warranty in the first place? This company does NOT stand by its work.
