Very professional, accommodating and they did a wonderful job. Drew was great to work with and their pricing was completely in line with other roofers but they have special Certifications with GAF that the others did not have. Completed the roof in just 2 days.

We had an excellent experience replacing roof and gutters on a main house and carriage house. All due to our amazing project manager, Jon. We live across the country and were nervous to have a large project that we could not oversee. Jon updated us daily with the progress of the project and any weather related delays. He sent photos of their meticulous work and even worked with our HOA for approval and forms. His crew covered our pool and landscaping to assure everything stayed clean during the project. We would not hesitate to recommend Jon and Specialty Roofers!

Gary Henson's knowledge of the product, explanation of the amazing warranty, and help with product selection was just the beginning of an awesome experience. Gary's communication skills throughout the project kept us always knowing what to expect from the beginning of the project to the end. His close working relationship with the installation team was evident from day one of the installation. Jorge Lopez and his team, Rogelio, Alfredo, Alexis, and Ruben were all extremely hardworking and very professional...It was obvious that they had worked together for a long time for Specialty Roofers and it was also nice to witness how they laughed and enjoyed working together. Happy employees says a lot about a company! We are extremely happy with our new roof, and we had the best experience with all aspects of our project. We are so happy that we chose Specialty Roofers!

We had 2 small areas that needed gutters. Jon came out and checked it out and had his team get it done very efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Specialty Roofers. Not only is the price right but the customer service is excellent. Jon, the property manager contacts you at every step of the installation. Eduardo and his team who are the ones that strip and reroof were very courteous and worked hard to get the job done quickly. The roof looks great and my place was meticulously cleaned up after.

It went great! Jon Miller our project manager was awesome and very responsive, and our roofing install crew led by Enrique was prompt, professional, efficient, and did a great job. Very happy with the GAF solar system and roof system. Everything was delivered as promised and looks great. I highly recommend them.

The contract is sent explaining the the company will provide two employees with a minimum labor charge of $450 for the first three hours and $150 for every hour after, with materials costing extra. Stated in the contract that most repairs are completed within the first three hours. On arrival it was just one individual but the repair was completed within the three hours. The worker told me he only used one bundle of shingles and about ten feet of sticky paper. After the job was completed I was sent a bill. The bill did not itemize the materials used as stated in the contract. The Bill had $450.00 for Labor and $250 for materials, totaling $725.00. I called the company and spoke with Cortney and explained that only one individual showed up to do the repair so the labor cost should be cut in half, and that the repairman told me he only used one bundle of shingles and a small amount of sticky paper. I also told Cortney that I did not receive any photos of the repair. I was sent four photos. Three photos were of my repair and one was from some other job. After a discussion with Cortney my bill was lowered to $390.00. My point is that Cortney did me right and the repair was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, just ensure that you carefully look at your bill and get an itemized material list.

The whole process was great! We dealt with Jon and he was professional and constantly in contact to let us know about timelines and deliveries. The crew came and removed and replaced the roof in one day. The crew cleaned up and did a phenomenal job!

Amazing! Drew and his crews are THE best roofers I've worked with in any state. They're honest & courteous and they're among the hardest working people I've been around. They cleaned everything at the end of each day and their work is impeccable. The estimates may be a little higher than some other roofers in the area, but they're worth every penny. I had several estimates and was impressed with Sean Brown and the product and warranty that he had. Sean Brown did a great job keeping me informed from start to finish. I initially selected Specialty Roofers after reading  the excellent reviews they have received  here on Angies List as well as their  excellent Better Business Bureau rating. I also preferred to select a roofing company operating nearby in my local community . I was certainly not disappointed with my choice.  The results were simply outstanding.  All the work was completed on schedule and on time, from  start to finish in less than two days. 
I had been away from my home the entire time the project was completed  on a business trip, and when I returned home I was surprised that there was practically no sign anyone had been there.... except I now had a beautiful new GAF dimensional roof, new Drip edge flashing,  and two new skylights on my house. The cleanup of my yard area and landscaping around home was immaculate.
 I was actually very impressed from my initial consultation with James for an estimate to replace my roof.  James, who  was my project manager, was punctual for the appointment, seemed extremely knowledgeable on everything concerning roofing, and was completely professional to deal with throughout the entire process, from start to finish, explaining in detail everything that would be accomplished on the job. He presented various options to me along with his recommendations,   regarding GAF products, underlayment  selection,  and skylight replacement, as well as answering all my questions.  The  estimate he provided for the project was very fair and reasonable.
He then worked with me to schedule the roofing project at the earliest time that would be most convenient for me with my flight schedule.    I should alsomention that Specialty Roofers Inc has  Certified Master Elite Status as a GAF Product Installer, using all GAF products to insure that my GAF System Plus Non Prorated Warranty will be honored should there be any future problems, which I dont expect.
I would certainly recommend this company to any of  my neighbors and friends who are considering replacing their  roof.

They did an amazing job!  Brian was so courteous from the initial bids to the completion of the final job.  The bid was fair, right in line with several other estimates we got.  Brain was patient with us at every step:  securing our loan, picking out the roof color,and  working around our schedule. The crew was professional and ontime.
