"It went ok. In places that are not see, like inside cupboards, the quality of the sealing job is messier than where it it visible. They offered to fix it but I refused. I found that they do what they do well but if they can't sell you a fix they don't identify the problem.

The windows are perfectly installed and though most were picture windows, the 3 that open operate very smoothly. One thing I would have done differently is to visit the showroom and look at all the options.  We just had the salesman come out with a sample window but it was hard to visualize the window on a full grand scale. I probably would have gone with the taupe color vs white if I had seen it full size.

We have had lots of rain and snow this winter and no leaks at all.  Very good quality product and installation.
