"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"RSI was quick, efficient, and very professional.  the best part was by hiring RSI we were introduced to Milo Valezuela, an employee at RSI who not only assisted with the replumb, but was also responsible for repairing all of the drywall that they had to remove in order to install the new water lines throughout the house.
Milo did such a fantastic job of repairing all of the drywall and perfectly matching the finish coat that you could not tell where the replumb had been done once the work was complete.  As a result, we hired him to do the drywall and finish work for a a complete kitchen remodel that we performed, and once again the end product was excellent.
