I tried to hire Yes, because I had a good experience once before, but when the technician got to my home, he looked at my light and immediately said he couldn't fix it, then charged me $45 for a service call.

Our A/C stopped working at 10pm on 7/7. I made several calls to other companies who advertise "same day service" only to learn they couldn't get a technician to help us for days. I called ESCO and they had a technician "Norman" at our home on 7/8. Norman went through a methodical and detailed process for isolating the problem and then worked out a solution that had us up and running by the time he left that day. We've had several companies service out A/C over the years and we've never had a tech do such detailed and thorough diagnostic work. We wouldn't hesitate calling ESCO in the future.

I had ESCO inspect my AC unit after it stopped working. The inspector was great and he sold me on the Priority Club membership, which he told me I could cancel anytime at no cost. After determining my AC unit needed to be replaced I had someone from their sales team come to give me a quote. The sales agent looked at the AC unit for less than a minute and then gave me a quote without inspecting the HVAC system to determine its needs (he also did not ask about the number or placement of registers/vents throughout the house). Upon suspecting the quote was high, I received 3 other quotes. The sales teams from the other companies each spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting the HVAC system prior to giving me a quote for a system tailored to my home and needs. These quotes were thousands less (and in one case less than half the cost) than what ESCO quoted me. From the poor experience with ESCOs sales team and from not choosing them to replace my system, I called to cancel my Priority Club membership the first week of October. The lady I chatted with told me the membership was cancelled and I would not be charged again. On October 18th I was charged again for the membership and I contacted them via their ticket system on their website requesting the cancellation and refund. After not hearing back for 2-3 weeks I just called again today and was told the membership is a one-year contract and it had cost $40 to cancel. ESCO seems to be employing bait-and-switch tactics while also providing less than stellar sales experiences with abnormally high price tags.

I'm switching from Any Hour Services because ESCO is upfront about providing a job ESTIMATE. Any Hour required a techician to come to my house before they would even offer a ballpark figure so I could plan or compare providers.

Once I received a response to my request through Home Advisor, ESCO was prompt to contact me provide options and set an appointment for service. The two individuals I worked with were pleasant and even charming at times. I am pleased so far with my encounter with Esco and plant to continue working with them in the future.

Quick to respond to our project but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. We should have waited and sought bids from other contractors. Spent time looking for a replacement part to "rebuild" a shower faucet that likely costs less than the final bill we received from this contractor. Beware of contractors who say, :I've been doing this for 20+ years. . ." Wanted to upsell us on items we didn't need or even inquired about. Contractor acted put out by this project in addition to our sticker shock for the project.

ESCO identified the problem correctly and took a staged approach to ensure a least cost cure if the problem was easier to solve. It wasnât, however ESCO stayed with the plan and cured the drain problem. Their initial evaluation was correct and they did a good job of fixing the drain.

Esco did a wonderful job! I called them late on a Saturday afternoon, as my tenants at my rental in the middle of winter had no hot water. I'd called a few others, no one was able to get to me the same day except for Esco. They are incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. They really came through for me in an emergency situation.

They followed up with me, have used them for years and have always been happy with work. Their always on time, clean, personable. They are very qualified and once work was completed there was no problem.
