"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "It was very nice to work with Kris at Western Mechanical for our major renovation project. We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the final product. We had a major job as the whole house was being redone. I was formally the general contractor for the project and they worked nicely along with and around the other contractors. AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

When I explained that we have a 74 year old (myself) and two young grandchildren plus their parents living with me. They made me a priority because of the ages of the people living here. They sent out a technician named SPENCER. He went out of his way to replace my thermostat. He was totally professional and more than helpful. Because of SPENCER I am spending a cozy warm night in my home. I am so grateful for Barlow squeezing in an appointment for us and as an additional perk SPENCER was even able to arrive early. "First visit, two plumbers said blockage was cleared,they sent a camera down the line and said it looked ok. Next day, laundry drain backed up again, a different Bachman plumber looked at it again and said it all looked good. He recommended calling Dave at DrainTech. Dave came out today, found the problem and cleared it ... for now. We're already out $1300 and we still need to get an excavator/septic guy to repair a broken drain line in the yard. Will not call Bachman in the future"

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away.
