"Mike was tremendous. Our Rheem water heater gave out and needed to be replaced. But Mike saw that the water heater was still under warranty by Rheem. Mike made a phone call on our behalf to Rheem, got us a replacement heater for free, then just charged us for installation and warranty."

"He showed up on time and quickly installed my pre-purchased toilet. He needed some extra parts to complete the install and was willing to use the parts I had on hand from my remodeling project. He was very professional and friendly. He also spent a few minutes putting the anode rod in my RV hater heater as he was leaving. Very helpful!"

"He came and replaced the part on my brand new heater that I installed that was leaking out of the box. Worked like a charm after he fixed it. Communicative and punctual. Very much would recommend"

"These types of repairs are costly but it requires a contractor with the right equipment and experience. When you are loosing water and looking at being without water for a period of time, timely response and job completion are critical."

"We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."
