"I am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (I'm still struggling with the cost of it, but it's part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone."

"I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."

"Jim Hall, owner, arrived promptly when he said he would with the bid for my home. He bid out several options for windows, from standard replacement to an upgraded frame and glass window. He listened to my questions and gave me the answers I needed for my decision. He was a little higher than other bids I received but the quality and style of the frames and windows made me go with his bid, cheapest is not always the best. I upgraded to triple low e film, double pane argon filled glass and double hung windows. My only complaint would be that the factory took longer than expected to manufacture the windows and Accent Windows was not very good at updating me on the status of my order. Mr. Hall did apologize for this over-site.  Spring and fall are their busiest season and they had a lot of orders. When they did arrive Mr. Hall personally came and installed the windows so I wouldn't have to wait longer to have them installed, since his crews were already busy on other jobs. He installed the windows quickly, insulated and trimmed them out, cleaned up and hauled away all the scraps and trash and left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. As I stated, cheaper is not always the best, and I feel that I received a high quality window that looks great. We already notice a big difference in the noise level and heat transference level in the house.

"I had 5 star kitchen and bath come remodel my bathroom. They did such a great job. the installers were great at making sure I was happy and that everything was perfect for me. I also had a sliding glass door put in. My old one had fallen apart before my scheduled install date. I called them and they found a way to get it put in early. I'm very happy with everything they did and I would use them again."

EDIT: FWIW The above review was written while the person giving the estimate was standing there asking me to give her a review. She was nice, but obviously a seasoned salesperson. She did attempt to hard-sell me a few times, and even pulled the "call my manager and get another 10% off" routine mentioned by others here... but again, I wasn't having any of it. Bottom line is that their lowest possible option came to an amount in excess of the "HIGH END" average here (for my area) by nearly two grand... and that was their lowest cost option. Let me be honest here... I live in a CB Homes tract house worth $165K on a good day... I was looking for a bath to shower conversion for mom who's been living with me and having troubles getting in the shower. I can't cough up money I would expect to pay for a full remodel of the bathroom (their high end and original estimate). And unfortunately I can't cough up nearly five digits for shower with glass door ... on the low end. I need a functional shower that looks as good as the original stock CB Homes tub... the bar isn't set too high. These folks are obviously for the higher end custom home. That's fine. I just wish the person on the phone when I called to make the appointment and TOLD HER my situation at least had the information to relay that the lowest my job was going to cost with glass door would be what it was. But whatever. I just felt I needed to correct the record here... especially after reading some of the other reviews. To summarize: The lady who appeared for the appointment was personable... she seemed to know what she w as doing... she also was obviously a sales professional and did employ some tactics to make the sale (not entirely unexpected of course)... and perhaps, if she had the flexibility to sell a lower end "non-custom" type product, we may have bought (but not right then regardless... these folks were the first people to come out and give and estimate and I NEVER buy anything based on a single estimate.)... but their lowest cost product was easily 2x the cost I was expecting going in (albeit admittedly a thoroughly informed expectation) ... I have another estimate that will be done Wednesday. I already spoke to the owner on the phone so as to not waste his time. I relayed some of this information to him in hopes to determine if he has any possible chance of meeting or exceeding the expectations I've developed (partly based on the averages available here on this site) and if it would be a waste of time for him to come by... the appointment is still set."
