"Workers were polite and respectful, but amateurs compared to other movers I have worked with in the past. Past movers have easily moved files and dressers without removing drawers, for example, while these movers removed all drawers and left them out once delivered to the new location. Speed and efficiency was also somewhat lower than others I have worked with. They were adequately careful with items and nothing was significantly damaged."

"When they moved us out of our old home, they were thorough, friendly, and hard-working. They carefully loaded our things and were careful. The trouble with our move into our new home began the day before. They sent us a text message asking if they could start at 9 a.m. rather than noon. We were scheduled to have a final walk-through with our builder that morning and couldn't swing that big of a time change. The day of the move-in, we arrived at the storage unit as quickly as we could. They loaded the truck and were efficient. They laid down moving blankets on all of my floors so they wouldn't damage them. That was great, but they ruined an armchair because they decided to go through our sliding glass door rather than down the stairs. They wanted to waste time trying to fix it. (No offense, but I am not going to pay by the hour for you to fix something that you damaged.) They also put a large dent in the top of my practically new clothing washer. When we pointed it out, they said, "That wasn't there before?" Nope. It wasn't. They tried to fix it, which didn't work, and then only gave us a $40 discount off our bill. They were punctual, friendly and professional, but I'm not sure that we would hire them again."

He was out of the country I believe but still managed to arrange getting someone out to me for a quote. I set up a move time and was all set. The morning they arrived they came earlier than expected which was great. The crew was in and out. I had everything ready In boxes as they requested and it was a smooth move. I was moved out of my condo and into my new home in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Kellogg Movers to anyone looking for a moving company."
