The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service! "The technician (Lance) was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to gather all of the background info regarding our AC situation and gave us helpful tips regarding vent usage, attic fans, and installing another vent in the master bedroom to help with airflow. Basically, he didn’t just band-aid the symptom, he helped with some permanent solutions. Here’s the breakdown in cost in case this helps: Adding 3 lbs refrigerant - $349. Contractor Replacement - $282. Dual Run Capacitor Replacement - $174. Annual maintenance for AC & Heating (2 units each) $238."
