"I hired Nathan to remodel my bathroom. He completely gutted it, and did a beautiful job from the ground up. I admire his dedication to the work he does in a timely yet professional manner. I highly recommend 10/10 to anyone needing services from him. His eye for detail and keeping things clean through the process was much appreciated. Thank you Nathan!"

The mechanic/technician had to do some rework to prevent the door from being pulled from the wall/structure.

As for the office manger, I don't believe she was very professional relative to speaking to me as I was either being too picky about the quality of workmanship, a bother or flat out a pain in the rear end. On one occasion, I came into their store to get a sample color of the shower we had installed and she came from the back of the store and quickly stated that she was in a meeting and what did I want....... How in the world was I to know that she was in some meeting esp. since I did not receive " a memo saying don't bother me until my meeting is over ". Once she told me that no other customers has as many complaints as I did and my reply was maybe those customers were unaware, afraid to say something or accepted as is and her reply was that maybe I had spent too many years (45 +) in the Quality Assurance Dept. With reply, I decided to discontinue the conversation and just request to have someone to come out and fix the problem.  If quality is part of their process, then the office manager should be given some sort of training in customer relations as well as a brief outline in Quality and what in means to customers such as myself.

"RSI was quick, efficient, and very professional.  the best part was by hiring RSI we were introduced to Milo Valezuela, an employee at RSI who not only assisted with the replumb, but was also responsible for repairing all of the drywall that they had to remove in order to install the new water lines throughout the house.
Milo did such a fantastic job of repairing all of the drywall and perfectly matching the finish coat that you could not tell where the replumb had been done once the work was complete.  As a result, we hired him to do the drywall and finish work for a a complete kitchen remodel that we performed, and once again the end product was excellent.

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Updating your plumbing directly increases resale appeal in the UT real estate market, especially for short-term rental buyers. Visible hard water damage on fixtures acts as a major red flag during inspections. Installing a whole-house water treatment system adds verifiable value by protecting the entire home from mineral scale. Document all permitted work to assure buyers that your home meets professional standards.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in Kanab, start by assessing your home for hard water scale buildup. You should inspect your water heater for sediment, as local mineral deposits shorten appliance lifespans. Check uninsulated pipes in crawl spaces for freeze protection before winter arrives. Finally, schedule a sewer scope inspection to check older lines for root intrusion and verify your home's plumbing permit history.

Helpful?

For plumbing in UT, choose materials that resist hard water scale and handle temperature extremes. PEX piping is highly recommended because it withstands freeze-thaw cycles and resists mineral buildup better than copper. For water heaters, install standard tank models with anode rods, which handle high-mineral water better than tankless units. Use standard PVC for all drain and vent lines to ensure long-lasting performance.

Helpful?

When planning plumbing projects in Kanab, account for expansive clay soils that shift and stress underground pipes. Test your home's water pressure, as elevation changes cause significant variations across town. If you operate a short-term rental, upgrade to commercial-grade water heaters to handle increased guest demand. Always hire licensed local professionals and secure required permits early to avoid long municipal scheduling delays.

Helpful?

Correctly finished plumbing in Kanab features visible winterization measures, like proper pipe insulation and accessible shutoffs. Drains flow freely without gurgling, indicating correct slope and venting. You should see no rapid mineral scaling on new fixtures, proving the installer accounted for local hard water. Always verify the work with closed municipal permits, passed final inspections, and documented pressure test results from your licensed contractor.
