1. I had a complete remodel from Re-Bath UT. Within 6 months the cauking shrank & I am getting holes. at two different places above the shower wall they installed. I suspect they used cheap caulking for it to shrink like that or the gap was to big to fill with caulk 2. The brushed nickle Moen plate (where you turn on the water) has terrible water marks that won't come off. I have a really nice soft water conditioner. Re-Bath says they use only the top grade Moen products. I have had many house in my life & never had a problem like that. 3. The glass shower door opens up about 1/2 " after closing. I called Re-Bath & they said they can't do anything about the Moen shower plate. I sent them photos on 8.11.23 & have not heard from them. I wouldn't recommend them. The gaps were to big after they cut the shower walls at top & bottom. I wanted it professionally done but I soon realized I could have done a better job than they did.

Got the contract early April, in May they came out to take the measurements, June 28,29 and 30 the install.  Great.. wrong.   They tore everything out, pulled up the sub-floor. replaced the sub-floor, cut a hole for the vent in the floor.  Installed linoleum, shower and sinks and cabinet.  Tried to put a bookcase 6" deep above the toilet instead of the 1 ' deep free floating shelves that was requested.  Then the shelving that was supposed to be 6 - 8" deep and fit under the lighting fixture.  It fit under the fixture but was 11" too short and 1 ' deep, took up most of the counter it sits on.  Fine mistakes happen.  A few weeks go by and I call to get a status on the project.  I'm informed that I have a functioning bathroom, so what's my problem?     Well the problem is there is a hole in my floor behind the pedestal sure out of sight and all that.  Wrong.  The vent was supposed to be relocated while the floor was up.  Didn't happen.  Now it's mid July and they come out to fix the mirrors that were cut too small for the frames.  The shelving is on order in Idaho.  End of July early August and the shelves come in but the sides are unfinished, raw wood.  Let's cut a hole in the floor in front of the sink so the vent is in a better location.  The hole is cut and there are copper lines and a sewer line, so now we have two holes in the new floor.  If it had been done when the sub-floor was up they would have known this.  Now they want to cut a hole in the ceiling in the family room, to try to fix the vent and extra hole in the floor.  Okay, lets fix the floor properly and we'll compromise on the vent it can stay behind the pedestal but with a cover on it.  Repair the floor properly and install new linoleum, no patch jobs.  So now we're in September, and it still hasn't been properly completed.  As far as scheduling goes when you are called at 9 am and told they will be here around 10 but they don't get here till after 11.  And this was to fix everything that was supposed to take a full day. poor time management.   Then you leave clamps on the shelving to repair the bad job that was done the time before (who leaves big bubbles in veneer around the edges?)  Now no one is scheduled to appear today but there is a knock on the door and a stranger says so-n-so has sent him to collect the clamps off the shelves.  I don't know, now I wish I had just done the job myself and saved me tons of money, but hey I'm 64.

The patching of the holes on the tub was visually perfect. Not a half-a** job by any means. No seams appeared in any shade of light which really impressed me. Also the tub resurfacing result was great as well. I cannot comment on the durability of this job as this was done within a month ago. Ask me in a year. But it all appears to be great and to this point I am very pleased with the service, results, and overall experience from the Tub Doctor..
The only thing I could possibly list that was not effortless was the communication after the job was completed. I never heard when the job was finished and had to call to get my invoice emailed to me. Maybe a tip would be to call the customers after you are complete and you could even take photos of the before and after (if you dont already) to then send to the customers. Maybe this was just a one off scenario with me. But this was easily solved when I called to check in with Mike.
So thank you for the great initial experience. Another plus along side of his price that made me decide to go with his company is that he did not degrade, berate, or speak Ill of any competitors. I cannot say the same thing about the competitors that I talked to for quotes before speaking with Mike Maddocks personally.
Thanks again.
Jared.

Was friendly and professional. Initial est for the job was 4-6 weeks. was installed 5 weeks and 6 days. Note: doors was a mess but cleaned up well.however when cleaning them I noticed a flaw in the glass 15 minutes after they left Contacted main office and am awaiting a resolution. Writing this review about a few minutes after placing the call but not expecting an issue with resolving it. The woman I spoke to was again professional and sympathetic. Will update with resolution if its anything outside of the service they have given so far. Over all assessment: easy to work with. No hassle. It was a little on the premium cost side but the people and service (so far) have been a of premium quality so have made it worth it. Overall time at our home was under 2 hours.

They really did a good job and we've been happy with the product. They're responsive and the actual owner comes out and did the estimated for you. They came in like in a Saturday like we requested. I was very pleased with them.

It was all done in a little less than 1 1/2 days except for the painting which was done a few days later. Very happy with results.

Looks good - beware - I had three bathrooms re-done by re-bath about 5 years ago - and although it looks good nothing works. My plumbing in the three bathrooms has not worked right since the re-bath was installed. The faucets are now loose all the time. the shower doors are no longer square. I had expected this to last a lot longer that it did ( I started having problems about a year after everything was installed) Very Disappointed and wish I had never purchased it.

I have some rental property that has cast iron tubs in all the units. The tubs are over 50 years old and needed to be replaced or resurfaced. Replacement would have entailed demolition of the walls and floors in order to remove the tubs so we opted to try to have the tubs resurfaced. Even with some damage to the existing porcelain the repair and repaint turned out beautifully. I would do this again rather than go to the expense and mess of replacing the tubs.

I told the kid who did the installation that we had just painted and to be careful about scrapes. He put three scrapes on the walls to the extent I had to have the painter back to fix them. Then he miscut the material and put the hole for the shower in the wrong place. He wanted to do some kind of fill in job, which would have looked terrible, and I insisted I wanted a wall that was cut in the right place, not some patch job. He grudgingly complied, after talking to his bosses. After that, he didn't bother to clean, and the bathroom was a mess. I complained to the company about the scrapes in the walls and all the dirt he left. They discounted my bill $25 which I felt was an insult. I would never have these people in my home again. Looking back. I see how they ripped me off from the beginning. It took me two weeks from the ordering process to get an exact date when they would be there. In short, total ripoff from beginning to end.

The final product is pretty nice BUT they walked away after the first day saying they had to order parts. After a few weeks of not hearing from them at all, I started making calls. I was always hooked up with this real rude dude. After not getting anywhere with him I tried to talk with the manager. I could never get ahold of him so I call Corp. office in Arizona. They were. Very sympathetic and tried to help but I was still not able to get anywhere. Things got worse from there. I was put on a black ball list for calling Corp. so any time I called them, I was referred to the rude dude. After months, he still would rudely say and quot; It's on orderand quot;. Then he would hang up on me.
After months of crap I received a call from the local manager. He apologized and got the ball rolling to get the job finished. I really do like the finished product but MAN, want a hassle.

When they were installing it, they made a hole in the old plumbing pipes. So, when we turned it on, there was a massive leak downstairs that had to be repaired and replaced. They came and replaced it, but with that price they should have replaced the pipes, and they didn't.

They did a good job in one day but they are expensive. They showed up on time, they were professional, but I think I could find it cheaper elsewhere.

Multiple problems with leaks. Gaps in caulking, walls in adjoining room torn up, work left undone for weeks (despite their new-bath-in-a-day advertising). Responsive when I complained, but it took 3-4 visits for plumbing problems to be finally fixed. My flooring was damaged due to their improper plumbing installation, but they won't fix that.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and services were performed as promised. It wasn't exactly cheap, but they were able to beat a competitor's bid by more than $1K. The job was done in one day, which was worth paying a little more. We have a very old house and a few days after the tub was installed, we discovered a leak in the old plumbing below the floor, it was very small, but rebath came back out to fix the leak right away, with no additional charge. Overall for our situation, it was a great way to get the bathroom remodeled quickly and reasonably affordably.

We had to have our leaky shower fixed. They have their own licensed plumber, so he was able to do the plumbing work that was involved. They also resurfaced the shower. The shower looks great. I just think it was too expensive.
