YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"6 months ago they replaced my tub and shower and it’s a good thing they offer a 1 yr guarantee because it’s all coming apart. And this is now the second time! So they will have to come do the work a third time. On top of that, even though I have receipts from them showing I’ve paid in full, they are now stating they don’t have payment because somehow they changed accountants and don’t have record! Well who’s fault is that?!?!? That doesn’t mean you charge everyone twice for your awful work! I’ve asked for the owner himself to come fix the problems since he himself was the one who installed my tub so nobody else would be blamed and I’m still waiting for his response!!"
