"Scott replaced the water heater, and also cleared our basement floor drain that another very popular plumbing company (that supposedly specializes in drain clearing) could not clear. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. Would definitely call this company again."

"He showed up on time and quickly installed my pre-purchased toilet. He needed some extra parts to complete the install and was willing to use the parts I had on hand from my remodeling project. He was very professional and friendly. He also spent a few minutes putting the anode rod in my RV hater heater as he was leaving. Very helpful!"

"I own a flower shop in South Jordan, and my water heater broke and leaked all weekend. Jeff with Pond's came in and looked at it on Monday, gave me a quote, and had it fixed by Thursday. Having warm water is important for my business, and even though I knew they were so busy, he made the repair happen as quickly as possible. He was honest about cost, my options, and timing. I would highly recommend Pond's Plumbing!

"I bought a flipped house (I know!) and they had installed my shower handles wrong. They wouldn't get hotter than tepid while the rest of the house has scalding hot water.
