"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

I had phone calls from Locksmiths and they said they could get me into the safe but I would never be able to use the safe again, so it wasn't hard to go with Gary Smith who not only was able to open it without damaging the safe, yet I'm able to use my same lock. "I am kind of surprised to see a lot of people praising the customer service and pricing. Both the guy I talked to on the phone and the guy I met in person (assuming they were different) weren't particularly kind. I may be naive because this is the first time I have ever had to pay for a car lockout but $125 for a old 2007 Grand Cherokee that took the guy not even 2 minutes to unlock when he only had to drive 15-20 minutes seems excessive."
