Working with Chad was a wonderful experience! He drafted as-built plans for me and also coordinated with SLC Building department to ensure the permit process went smoothly. I had my permit within three weeks, which is record time for the city! I paid to expedite the permit review and Chad was so efficient in getting the city any paperwork needed to speed things along. I will hire Chad for all of my projects. I highly recommend him!

UPDATE!! I cannot begin to say enough good things about Chad and Skyline Design! He saved our remodel process which due to a bad experience with our original architech, delayed things by over 2 years. Not only did Chad provide us with plans in less than a month, he also recommended an amazing engineer as well as contractor. Because of Skyline Design Studio, we break ground on your remodel the end of September. So working with Chad took around 4 months for the complete process vs. 2.5 years with some other clown. You are the absolute best Chad!!! Thank you so, SO much! As of now, we have signed the contract. So as far as the quality of work goes, we cannot say yet. HOWEVER, Skyline got back to us immediately, was super friendly, helpful and understanding, and I'm really excited to see how things go.

We needed prompt service for some architectural drawings, and Skyline Design delivered! He came out the next day, quickly drew up plans. We had a zoom call to fine tune any concerns, and had our plans off to the engineer within two weeks. Phone calls were returned quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this company.
