"They were prompt ... actually more like "in a hurry" ... even though they said they gave me "a bargain" it still seemed costly to me, but I haven't had any dealings with locksmiths in a LONG time, so prices may be quite a bit higher than I thought ... on the bright side, the locksmith knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient ... "Matt of GoKey was very pleasant and on time. Offered me a bottle of water while i waited. This guy guy is really committed to his customers and strongly made a case for locksmith ethics. He could have sold me on a more expensive lock solution but steered me away from it because he did not think it was a good fit for my doors. Just because he could charge me more for not knowing, he did not. I would pay a lot more for service this good. Its worth it. He also showed up clean and happy to help.. This guy is the real deal."
