"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

I had to go to work and so I left tape on the light that had to be fixed, and the pro fixed it quickly while nobody was home, then without me asking, he proceeded to put anti-corrosion grease on all of the lights on that side of the house to prevent them from having similar issues. Of all the contractors we dealt with, James and his crew certainly were among the best if not the best, for communication, professional skill, and devotion to finishing the project right. Where there were (understandable) obstacles he let us know of possible delays and outcomes, he brought the job to where it passed county inspection, and where any problem cropped up he came back and made things work.
