Victor installed a Surge Protector in my outside panel last week. Today, he, Jackson, and Kenneth install an EV charger in my garage and another electrical outlet in my basement. I am very pleased with their work. I am an electrical engineer and am a very meticulous person, so I recognize quality workmanship. And I want to especially thank Kenneth for leaving us with a couple of his personally crafted wire art.

I called them out at 4pm because a tenant was complaining that his kitchen and bedroom was out of power (no power to his fridge!) By 5pm someone was dispatched to the tenant's location and was able to diagnose and correct in 30 minutes. Owner gave me a detailed report explaining that the tenant had overloaded the circuit with an electric lawnmower and could not figure out how to reset the breaker.
