They removed or transplanted the existing vegetation; dug, leveled, and compacted the foundation; precisely placed every paver, filled the boxes with fresh topsoil, and installed drip irrigation. They also put down fabric and gravel in the walkways and around our shed to complete the look and keep weeds down. I couldn't be happier! They were punctual, professional, fast, and very reasonably priced considering the scope of the job. We will definitely call them again for future projects and recommend them to family and friends."

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."

He was polite and professional, but would swipe past all of the verbiage on his tablet straight to the signature block, repeatedly reassuring us of what it said and that it was a payment plan. Months later, after repeatedly asking for payoff information, we learned it was actually a lease that would cost nearly double what we were quoted. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of, and it was incredibly frustrating to realize the truth only after months of trying to get answers. This felt dishonest and manipulative. If you still choose to use them, be very cautious and double-check everything they do and say, because there?s a good chance they could be doing the same thing to you."
