During the installation process, they placed plastic over the living room furniture to protect it from dust, which was a thoughtful gesture. They did a superb job on the lighting installation, and their professionalism was evident throughout the project. After completing the project, they even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards, which was a nice touch. The quote that Jason provided was spot on, and I appreciated how transparent and honest he was throughout the process.
