"We had two great guys from West Shore, Weston and Dylan, come to install a new front door in April 2025. First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. They were great as neighbors came by to see the new door too! Everyone really liked it! Good PR for the company. Unfortunately, many of them don't show up on time, don't do what they say they will do, or their quality of work isn't what you'd like. So when you find a good contractor, you hold onto them! We'll that is what we found with M.A.C. We started with a bathroom remodel and they did such good work we kept giving them more business. They not only remodeled a bathroom, we then had them remold a basement and then we had them remodel the whole upstairs and do another bathroom. We are pleased with everything, the work, the price, the timeline. We will use them again on other jobs, they've won our business and we highly recommend them to you! "

"I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us."

"Our home is over 25 years old and we were needing a combination of home renovations and a series of new work including new bedrooms, bathrooms, storage rooms and generally fixes around the house. Dan and his team were incredibly professional, adaptable to changes and quality driven. The projects varied significantly in scope and he assembled a team that was able to accomplish our request and exceed our expectations. We have already had neighbors look at his work and are interested in hiring Retrospect. Very personable."

"Stay away if you need any tiling done with your project. We used MGPro Homes for a bathroom remodel. The overall work was fair (drywall, painting), but the tile work was awful. I had to request they replace some poorly laid shower wall and bathroom floor tile. Then after they **finished** the job and I realized there was more really bad tile work that needed to be fixed. Alex refused to fix it (you should not have a **pot hole** in your tile work). To be fair, I had not paid him the full amount and he let me keep what I owed him, which I had to use to pay another tiler to fix the bad work (which was not easy!) In reality the entire floor should have been replaced but I did not want to rip out the vanity and plumbing to do this. Before laying the bathroom floor I let Alex know I was concerned about making sure the marble flooring was not scratched up which he assured me would not happen. But in the end, the marble was very scratched up and no longer looked polished. You can see the difference in the area that was replaced. You could say, well, his guys just are not great with a tile mosaic, but the shower wall tile was a 6in x18in tile and it was also put in wonky. In addition, he put in the wrong color schluter (I asked for white and got SILVER) on the shower wall edges (and he said it could not be fixed) and then used schluter as the flooring threshold! I was shocked. (We had not yet spoken about the threshold and did not think there was a need to because there was more time before they would do the floor, but surprise, they work super fast and sloppy and slapped a whole bunch of tile work in in one day!). I consistently asked him to call or text if he had questions for me and this rarely happened. He just does what he wants. And finally, he never did install the shower fixture correctly. The shower head would not stop dripping. Alex kept saying the parts were defective, even after getting replacement parts. I finally had my husband flush the lines and reinstall everything and it works perfectly. So what am I saying here? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"Powell's Pro always completes their work professionally and according to schedule. Late in 2018 they installed a completely new roof (partially flat, and partially shingled), along with adding a beautiful extension of our existing roof to cover a patio. They reinforced the structure of our garage, and did extension re-wiring and remodeling of the garage area. Rain gutters were installed as well. This spring they completely renovated our back yard, including the addition of a retaining wall, flagstone patio and walkway, all new sod and sprinklers, New fence was installed in some areas, along with repair of existing fencing, and the addition of a gas line to our fire pit. It is always a pleasure to work with Rodger and Lisa Powell as well as their entire crew!"
