"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Within 24 hours of reaching out to Salt City Plumbing I was contacted by David (Dave), given an estimate for a job, and the job was completed upon my request. Dave took on this job without hesitation even though it required squeezing into a rather tight crawl space underneath a home to replace a hose bib. "This is a preliminary rating. We met with Tim Wagaman to discuss enlarging our shower, installing new flooring, vanity and cabinets. And removing a jetted tub. Tim was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He drew everything up and had a cost for us right away. We signed the order so we'll give another review when the work is done. We're excited to get this started."
