"Brandon, Tg,were excellent. They were on time, worked well together, let us give feedback, cleaned up as they went along, made sure we knew what was happening during each step. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "Brandon worked hard to get our tub faucet repaired in one afternoon and called in a manager to help when he had a hard time repairing part of the plumbing. Valley Plumbing communicated well as far as when the plumber would be arriving and about how long it would take."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Wes was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with my water heater. We went through my options and Wes educated me along the way to help me make the decision on what I should do. He even showed me what was wrong so I knew I could trust him. Iâ ve already scheduled Plumbing and Company to come back and install a new vanity sink in my bathroom. Glad to have found a plumber I can trust."

"We had them put in a gas line for stovetop and fireplace conversion. While we had issues getting the fireplace line in. There was a cost overrun. They worked with us to share the cost. I got a call from them also offer to fix our drywall, since it was more extensive. This was not included in the price, but I appreciate the call and offer."
