They arrived on time and began to evaluate the situation of lifting the badly sunken areas of our back patio which in certain areas was at 6? to 7? along the foundation. Hunter then proceeded to explain the whole operation involving the drilling, application of the polyurethane foam and sealing process. He did address a few areas of concern which involved the cracks where half of the concrete panel had lifted 3? to 4? higher than it?s original surface, and that it may not drop back down. After observing the beginning of the operation for a short time it was clearly evident that Hunter and Carter were true professionals and were intent on performing great quality and workmanship, which in the end will always provide and produce a great product. What they were able to do and accomplish of lifting our back patio was truly remarkable, and I cannot commend them enough for their hard work and due diligence."

"Hired to jet cut roots in our sewer line. On day one, the high pressure compressor broke down. It took a number of days to fix the machine but they finally showed up to complete the job. Again, it seemed that the pressure output was inconsistent and it took a long time to cut out the roots. At the end of day two a complete final inspection of the sewer line was not done. A little over a week later we had a different company come by for a sewer line repair estimate. Embarrassingly, it was revealed that there were still uncut roots in the sewer line. We had already paid for the work and this unfortunate outcome is currently unresolved."

This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater.
