"Professional!!! Communicative!!! Thorough!!! They contacted me right away and discussed the project. They pointed out some tasks I’d overlooked. They were a great team of hard workers. I had saved one task for myself, but they offered to finish it when I struggled. They cleaned up, and were friendly."

"These guys are the best. I have hired many companies to take care of our lawn, spring clean ups, fall clean ups and weekly lawn and plant maintenance. They are detailed, careful and always on a regular schedule with great communication. I highly recommend them!"

"We received an estimate in July to redo our landscaping and after reviewing our estimates we and reading reviews we chose to use Earthworks. As far as a landscaping company you hear horror stories of people not showing up or finishing. What I can tell you is that once Earthworks gets there (and we LOVED CURTIS) they finish the job. We even added a few things and they stayed to finish those things as well. Communication with Curtis every day was very easy he was the foreman on our job and they were at our house for a couple of weeks of course we cannot take that much time off of work so he was easy to talk to throughout the day. My neighbors ALWAYS said how hard they were working each day. After we choose Earthworks we found the coupon on Angie's list which they honored and saved us about $2000 and it allowed us to add a couple of things we were trying to go without.  Thanks for all of your hard work guys. I will recommend you!"

"Woodcreek Landscape is phenomenal! Efrain and his team are reliable and work fast. They listen to all your concerns and only want you to be happy. They have experience beyond their years and have landscaped beautiful multimillion dollar homes. I would recommend them to everyone! Anytime I am asked who landscaped my yard I tell them all about working with Efrain and how awesome he is!"

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

It depends on several factors, such as the equipment used and the company. However, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to pump an average-size septic tank of 1,000 gallons. A larger tank that is over 1,500 gallons can take up to an hour to pump as long as there are no complications.

A septic system can fail for various reasons, and most commonly, excessive water use or sudden surges in wastewater can overwhelm the system's capacity. Neglecting regular maintenance, like tank pumping and inspections, can also lead to clogs, leaks, and eventual breakdowns. Other issues that lead to failure include age-related wear and tear, root infiltration, improper disposal of non-biodegradable materials or chemicals into the system, unsuitable soil conditions, physical damage, and even environmental factors like flooding or soil erosion.

Common signs that a septic tank is full include plumbing issues, odors, and changes in your yard. You may notice wastewater or sewage backing up into your home's drains, or that sinks, tubs, and toilets are draining slowly. Gurgling or bubbling sounds from the pipes are also a key indicator. Outside, you might smell foul sewage odors around your house or the septic tank area. Look for pooling water, spongy soil, or a marshy environment around the drain field. Another tell-tale sign is a patch of grass over the septic system that is suddenly lusher and greener than the rest of your lawn. If you notice any of these signs, you should contact a septic professional for an inspection and pumping.

Pump the tank every 3-5 years, avoid flushing non-degradable items, and address leaks promptly to extend system life.

Plumbing leaks, roof failures, poor drainage systems, and severe weather events that lead to flooding or inundation are common causes of water accumulation.
