The technician also took the time to demonstrate the operation and maintenance of each piece of equipment including the digital thermostat that controls all components of my system. (The previous owner did not leave any manuals.). JRA also fixed an issue with the drip pan that my water heater sits in at a reasonable additional cost. (A plumbing service --My Buddy the Plumber--said it could only be fixed by first removing the new water heater they had just installed and then reinstalling it. Thankfully, this was not the case.) I decided to sign up for one of the maintenance plans that Just Right Air offers. Not only are their plans cost-effective, but enrollment puts you on their 'priority list' for priority service. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Just Right Air, and I highly recommend this company to others."
