Falk Construction was efficient, clean, professional and delivered a result that was better than expected and cost was right on budget! Falk finished about 300 square of our basement with a full Euro style kitchen and a laundry room and matched existing decor. It’s actually been about three years since they finished the project and we’ve enjoyed the result without any issues. These guys are great! I highly recommend!

Friendly, On time. VERY PROFESSIONAL. We had 4 other bids and when you compared the way the bids were done--WOW. The bid from Falk was detailed and clear. Communication between us and the contractor was great!

They were easy to get a hold of and understanding about our needs. Everything was done the way we wanted it and in a timely manner. We liked that they were able to minimize lowering the ceiling in parts of our basement, especially the bathroom. Our friends and family have all been impressed with the appearance all around. The color sceme was perfect, exactly how we wanted it. The bathroom was beautiful. Just had some grout problems that the sub-contractor took car of right away, though they had to come twice to replace some of the grout. Minor clean up, carpet threads and silicone in sink and on faucet. Overall pretty good experience.

Open to requests and discussions. Made great suggestions for the project. Excellent quality of work. Subcontractors timely and efficient. Cleanup every day! Safe worksite.

Good communication with workers. They were courteous and arrived at the time they said they would. Left a clean work area each day. I am happy with the work done. I would use them again.

Replaced Bay window area with window and closet area as well as window seat storage per my spec's (which wouldn't be considered normal). Went the extra mile on a couple of things that they really didn't have to. Very professional, good quality work - and right on schedule! Set honest expectations and came through exactly as stated. Most importantly to me, every person involved was very respectful. Shoes were removed when inside, language and appearance was clean, and I felt perfectly comfortable leaving my wife and newborn at home alone with those working on my house while I couldn't be there. Thank you - we plan on working with you again!!!!

Friendly and professional consultation, but a follow-up once-over ensuring my satisfaction after the work had been completed would have been even better. Workmanship of the deck construction itself is imperfect and almost verges on shoddy in some areas -- I think the people building the deck were in a hurry and in some places it shows. Overall, however, I'm happy with the outcome. Just not quite the perfect outcome I hoped for.

We were happy with the deck built for us by Falk Construction. The work was done in a timely manner. Dennis was great at getting back to us and letting us know what jobs were happening at what time.

He will have to come back and do things he promised to do and for got.

The work was excellent, they showed up on time every day, workers were respectful and did a great job, only complaint was that there were 2 incidences where delivery trucks damaged trees on entry way of driveway.

I highly recommend Falk Construction. They are very experienced and knew exactly how to meet my needs for remodeling my garage and food storage room. The quality of their work is exceptional. Throughout the process they would communicate with me and ask questions to be sure they understood what I wanted. They also completed the work earlier than the original time estimate.

Falk Construction did a beautiful job on my new bathroom, they were at work every day on time and kept me updated on each step. They kept the steps and work area free of debree so my pets had access to thier yard.I have recomended them to friends.
