"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. "In all extremely well. The bid was fixed cost for remove of the old water heater and installing a new one. Given the new Water heater is physically larger than the old, they also had to move the existing heater and no additional cost. It took 3 hours from start to finish and the whole worksite was left clean and tidy. Oddly, a couple of hours later my furnace stopped working and I saw that a small pipe that drained from the furnace was pinched under the new heater. I called Manwill and they dispatched someone who arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes, agreed that this was the cause of the furnace issue and resolved it within 5 mins. I am rating Manwill an 'A' simply because they didn't hesitate to send someone out who resolved the problem immediately. I will absolutely use them again. They may not be the cheapest but the quality of goods provided and service is worth every cent."

"Their quote for a high-efficiency furnace and heat pump combo from Daikin/Amana (what I was after) turned out to be better than the other two quotes I got for similar systems. Marty was friendly and seemed to answer most of my questions. The only issue was that even though I asked if I needed an extra part (a condensate pump) that the other companies had quotes I was told my system would be super smart and had sensors to handle the condensate. I didn?t press him but after install I asked the techs about the need for a condensate pump. They said it should have been added and I should get one to prevent damage to my cast iron drains. Unfortunately Blue Best has been pretty bad about responding to this and now wants $300 to install this part that they obviously missed during regular quoting and install ? a part that?s about $50. TL;DR: Competitive bid, friendly and professional staff, but won?t own that they dismissed my concerns and forgot to quote for or install an essential part."
